The Guardian has compiled a list of the 60 most promising players. It includes three representatives from the CIS.

The Guardian has released a list of the 60 most promising players born in 2008. It includes Kairat striker Dastan Satpayev from Kazakhstan, Dinamo Tbilisi defender Saba Kharebashvili and Bunyodkor striker Sadridin Khasanov from Uzbekistan.

 Also on the list are two Barcelona players: winger Tony Fernandes and midfielder Nico Guillen, Borussia Dortmund's Italian striker Samuel Inacio, Bayern Munich's attacking midfielder Karl Lennart and PSG striker Ibrahima Mbaye. The latter has made nine appearances for the Parisian club in all competitions this season, including starting in the Champions League second-round win over Barcelona (2:1).
