The president of the Catalan club Barcelona, Joan Laporta, has claimed that Real Madrid TV is putting pressure on referees ahead of the personal match between the teams in the 10th round of the Spanish championship (October 26). Recall that Real Madrid TV has published videos analyzing refereeing mistakes that were unfavorable for the Madrid team.
"Let's prepare for a great game. We are all confident that our team will give us a great time. Our opponents have created a tense atmosphere around the refereeing off the pitch. Their television activity influences the referees. This kind of winning strategy should not exist. They cannot say that the referees are weakening them or are on Barça's side. We are not presenting ourselves as victims and we will try to win again at the Bernabeu," Laporta was quoted as saying by Marca.
