The schedule for the 2026 World Cup has been announced. The tournament will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada from June 11 to July 19, FIFA announced .
Group Stage
The opening match of the World Cup between Mexico and South Africa (SAA) will take place on June 11 at 23:00 Yerevan time. The next match, between South Korea and one of the winners of the UEFA play-offs, will start at 08:00.
On June 12, Canada will kick off against the winner of the UEFA play-offs at 11:00 PM ET, and the USA vs. Paraguay will kick off at 5:00 AM ET. Four matches will be played daily on the following match days through June 23.
The start times of the matches will range from 20:00 (earliest) to 08:00 (latest) Yerevan time. There will be six matches per day in the final round of the group stage, starting from 23:00-00:00 to 06:00-07:00.
The group stage matches in the different rounds will be held at the following times (UTC): the earliest matches will kick off at 20:00, with the other matches taking place sequentially at 23:00, 00:00, 02:00, 03:00, 05:00, 06:00 and 08:00.
Play-off
The 1/16 final matches will start from 20:00 until 07:00.
Round of 16 games: from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
The quarter-finals will start at different times: July 9 at 00:00, July 10 at 23:00, July 12 at 01:00 and 05:00.
Final round
The semi-finals will take place on July 14 and 15 at 23:00. The match for 3rd place will take place on July 19 at 01:00, and the final at 23:00.
