Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy believes winger Mohamed Salah will play for his team again. The Egyptian was suspended for the match against Inter on December 9 for criticising head coach Arne Slott. This also sparked new rumours about Salah's possible move to the Saudi Arabian League.
"I think he will play again, he will have time to calm down. Everyone wants a legend like Salah to leave with a good, great farewell. Maybe, as has happened with great players in the past, it will happen at the end of the season.
"I hope it all works out well, given what he's been through, but there's a chance if he's determined. Liverpool are in control because they have his contract. But if he's determined to leave, we could see something in January," Murphy said, according to the BBC.
