Al-Ahly and England striker Ivan Toone has been arrested on suspicion of headbutting a man in a London bar, the British newspaper The Sun reports.
According to the source, the incident occurred after the victim grabbed Toney by the neck for a joint photo (selfie). The footballer responded with a punch. Later, the victim sought medical attention. He was diagnosed with a broken nose.
29-year-old Toney joined Al-Ahly in August 2024. The English striker has made 18 appearances this season, scoring 12 goals and providing 2 assists.
