Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has set a Premier League record for the most assists in a single stadium, the Reds' press service reported on social media. His pass to midfielder Florian Wirtz in the 4-1 win over Newcastle in the 24th round of the Premier League was Salah's 152nd assist at Anfield.
The previous record for goals scored at a single stadium was held by former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney, who scored 151 goals and assists at Old Trafford. Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry is also in the top three record holders.
The record holders for most goals scored at one stadium in the Premier League are:
1. Mohamed Salah (Liverpool, Anfield) - 107 goals, 45 assists.
2. Wayne Rooney (Manchester United, Old Trafford) - 101 goals, 50 assists.
3. Thierry Henry (Arsenal, Highbury Stadium) - 114 goals, 37 assists.
