Arsenal have opened talks with Newcastle over a move for Sandro Tonali, according to X insider Florian Plettenberg. According to the source, Arsenal have already made an initial offer for the midfielder, but the Magpies have rejected it.
Tonali joined Newcastle in the summer of 2023. The Italian has made 35 appearances for the club this season, providing five assists. The midfielder's current contract with Newcastle runs until the end of June 2028.
