"Royal" club is interested in "Man. United" player

Real Madrid are interested in signing Manchester United's 30-year-old midfielder Bruno Fernandes, the Daily Star reports.

According to the source, Los Blancos are considering the Portuguese player as a potential replacement for 39-year-old Croatian midfielder Luka Modric. Fernandes' potential move to Real Madrid is valued at £90 million (€108 million).

Red Devils head coach Ruben Amorim wants to keep the midfielder in the team, but the club wants to generate additional income and reduce costs.

Fernandes has made 44 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring 16 goals and providing 16 assists. The player's current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2027.
