The Armenian government has decided to allocate 141,000,000 drams to the Armenian national futsal team. The decision was made at today's government session, the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs reports  .

Athletes, coaches, doctors and representatives of the administrative staff of the Armenian national futsal team will be awarded for their results in the final round of the European Championship. 141 million drams have been allocated for this purpose. The decision was made at today's government session.

The Armenian national futsal team participated in the final round of the European Championship for the first time in history in January of this year, appearing among the eight strongest teams in Europe and recording seven victories, reaching the quarterfinals.

In the group stage, the Armenian national team took first place, defeating the 2024 World Cup bronze medalist Ukraine 2:1, defeating the Czech Republic 5:4, and drawing 3:3 with the Lithuanian team.

In the quarterfinals, the team led by Ruben Nazaretyan competed against the Croatian national team,” the ministry said in a statement.
