Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann has praised the important role of head coach Diego Simeone in his career.
"I can open my heart to my children, my wife, Cholo (Simeone - ed. "Championship") and his family. Only with them can I be truly open. I owe him a lot: I have reached a level in football that I never even dreamed of."
"First of all, I have to thank Real Sociedad, and secondly, Cholo, thanks to whom I learned so much. Moreover, I admire him as a person, I love him. For me, playing for him is an honor, a privilege and a pleasure," Griezmann was quoted as saying by AS.
Recall that the 35-year-old striker will leave Atletico at the end of the season and move to MLS side Orlando City.
