The "Pomegranates" are in the semi-finals of the cup.

The reigning champion of Armenia, Yerevan's Pyunik, achieved a big victory over Mountainous Artsakh in the second leg of the Armenian Cup quarter-finals.

   Yeghishe Melikyan's men left the field in high spirits in the first match of the confrontation before the international break. The match ended with a victory for the Yerevan team, where the score was recorded as 7:2.

 "The following players stood out in the Pomegranate team today: Timur Jikia (double), who transferred from Urartu FC, is already scoring for the fifth time in the cup competition, and Edgar Malakyan was effective once again."

Tigran Hakobyan and Juan Manuel each scored once for the home team. It should be noted that the Armenian footballer scored an own goal in the first half of the match.
