According to Football Insider, Sunderland have informed Chelsea of the amount they are willing to let go of Job Bellingham - €20,000,000 or more.
The negotiations are still at an early stage.
It was previously reported that Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund are also interested in the transfer of the young midfielder.
