Today, the FFA leadership held a press conference, which was attended by FFA President Armen Melikbekyan, Vice President Armen Nikoghosyan, and Secretary General Arthur Azaryan.
During the meeting, various issues were discussed: infrastructure, the Armenian U20 Championship, futsal, the national team, the women's national team, the professional league, etc.
When asked about the professional league, the president replied that the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) is ready to sign a memorandum with the clubs to create a professional league and the clubs will appoint the days and times of the games. They are required to appoint a governing body and register as an organization in the State Register of the Republic of Armenia.
The known answer regarding the holding of the World U20 Championship will be received by September of this year.

Questions were raised about whether the technical center/academy of Echmiadzin was sold to the leader of the Fastex Premier League, "Noah" FC? Arthur Azaryan replied, stating that no sale had taken place. You can find the answers to all questions in the reports section of the official website of the Armenian Football Federation.

The President denied the stereotype according to which the FFA organized the memorial tournament dedicated to the father of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, according to him it was organized by the “Nikarm” FC and the club invited the head of the FFA. In his speech on infrastructure, it was noted that the FFA should have only the national stadium under its control, and all the rest are built by the country's football department for the clubs to use free of charge.
