Ruben Amorim spoke about the Champions League: "It's important for the budget, but without it we will have more time to build the team. It's difficult to play on Wednesdays and weekends."
Ruben Amorim mentioned the positive side of not qualifying for the Champions League.
Manchester United is 14th in the Premier League table with 38 points after 32 rounds.
"I think [entering the Champions League] is more beneficial for the budget. This is important when thinking about plans for next season, because the Champions League can change everything."
"But you can look at it from the other side. It's difficult to play against the best teams in the Champions League on Wednesdays and the Premier League on weekends. If we don't have the Champions League, we will have more time to build the team," said the Manchester United manager.
