Henry Martin is back in training, expected to return for Club América's Liguilla quarter-final match in May.
The striker last played on March 12 against Chivas in the Champions Cup.

Club América captain Henry Martin is back in training after more than six weeks out with tendinitis, an injury that has kept him out for most of the year. Head coach André Jardine said the forward is expected to be fit for the Ligue 1 quarter-finals on May 7 and 8. América, who finished second in the Clausura 2025, took a short break before resuming training and Martin's return is a significant moment. It will be almost two months before the quarter-finals, his last appearance, against Chivas in the Champions League on March 12. While it remains to be seen how sharp he will be or how much he can contribute, Martin's availability is a clear boost. As América awaits the winner of the Monterrey-Pachuca Play-In, they will be hoping to have a stronger squad as they chase a fourth consecutive league title.
