Inter Miami head coach Javier Mascherano has responded to a question about changes to the team's starting lineup for the MLS match against Dallas, as two of the club's star players, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, were absent from Saturday's training session.
"Of course, there will be changes in the team, many players are tired and have time to recover. Because I think it's important to focus on the next game and recover from the defeat that we need to forget."
"As for Messi, he played well at the end of the match against Vancouver. He was clearly tired, and playing on artificial turf can make a player more tired because of the grass," Mascherano was quoted as saying by Goal.com.
