Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes spoke about the team's 3-0 victory over Athletic Bilbao in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League semi-final.
"This victory is very important: the game was difficult in the first 20 minutes and the opponent with their own fans is very strong. Obviously I want to score, I want to be involved in everything. I know that one of my strengths is scoring goals and making assists, so I just have to keep doing that," Fernandes was quoted as saying by UEFA's official website.
Recall that the match between Manchester United and Athletic took place on May 1. The teams played at the San Mames Barça stadium in Bilbao, Spain. The match was officiated by a team of Norwegian referees led by Espen Escaas.
