Alexander Mostovoi reacts to Inter reaching the Champions League final after defeating Barcelona

Former USSR and Russian national team player Alexander Mostovoy spoke about Inter's victory over Barcelona in the second leg of the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League semi-final. The match ended in extra time with a score of 4:3.

"Here is Barcelona... They were shouting and screaming: 'Flick, flick, flick, beautiful football, everything is great, everything is great.' We scored seven goals in two games. Seven. Many teams that don't play beautiful, terrible football don't concede so many goals, so guys, all this talk is in your favor, you understand... So Inter is great. I feel sorry for Barca. 'Well, football is like that (laughs),' Mostovoy said in a video posted on his Telegram channel.

 With a 7-6 aggregate victory, the Nerazzurri advanced to the final of the main European Cup tournament. This will be their seventh final in the history of the Champions League and European Cup. The Italian team has three titles in the six finals they have played.
