New Brazil national team coach Carlo Ancelotti has contacted 33-year-old Santos striker Neymar and 33-year-old Manchester United defensive midfielder Casemiro to discuss their futures in the national team, Ge.Globo reported.
According to the source, the Italian coach told Neymar that he would be very important for the Brazilian national team at the 2026 World Cup. Ancelotti also told Casemiro about his desire to return to the Brazilian national team.
It should be noted that Neymar and Casemiro last played for the five-time champions in the fall of 2023.
