The 69th Ballon d'Or award ceremony will take place on September 22 after the 2024/25 season, the award's press service reported on its page on the X social network.
The ceremony will take place in Paris at the Chatelet Theater. According to media reports, the main contenders for the nomination are Rafinha (Barcelona), Ousmane Dembele (PSG), Lamine Yamal (Barcelona), Pedri (Barcelona) and Mohamed Salah (Liverpool).
Recall that the winner of the 2023/24 Ballon d'Or was Manchester City's Spanish defensive midfielder Rodri. The award ceremony took place in Paris on October 28, 2024.
