Barcelona sporting director Deco has said that the Spanish champions are interested in Luis Diaz and Marcus Rashford.
"We like Luis Diaz and Marcus Rashford, as well as the other players. "When we enter the transfer market, we focus on names that are known to us and that can strengthen the team," Deco was quoted as saying by Marca.
Rashford's current contract with Manchester United expires in 2028, and the striker will make a decision on his future at the end of his season on loan at Aston Villa. The Englishman is currently recovering from injury and has already rejected several offers, preferring to play for a club that plays in the Champions League. Manchester United are not counting on the striker and are ready to let him go in the summer for a considerable sum.
In the case of Diaz, things are more complicated. He is one of the most important players for Liverpool, which has already lost Trent-Arnold. This season, Diaz has become the second highest scorer in the Liverpool attack, behind only Mohamed Salah. He has played 48 matches in all competitions, scoring 17 goals and providing 7 assists.
