The situation with Ansu Fati, who is not very well known at Barcelona, has not gone unnoticed in European football. There are already teams interested in his services for next season. Monaco has already taken steps to strengthen its squad with the 22-year-old Spanish-Guinean striker, who currently has a contract with Barcelona until 2027, reports Mundo Deportivo.
The Monegasques, coached by Austrian Adi Hütter, finished third in Ligue 1, which gave them a direct qualification for the Champions League.
In an interview with RAC1 this Thursday, Deco commented on the player's situation, stating that the club is ready to discuss offers for Ansu.
"A delicate situation? It doesn't happen in football. Football is what it is. First he had an impressive start, then he got injured. He went on loan to Brighton, had a great pre-season because we wanted him to come back, and then he got injured again. Everyone analyzes what they want in their career. If they think they need more playing time, we will talk about it."
Ansu has only played 298 minutes in 11 games this season. Even when the player was healthy, Flick often ignored him, which made the young Spaniard unhappy and he was not shy about showing his attitude towards the situation.
