Erik ten Hag will become the new head coach of Bayer Leverkusen. The Dutchman has signed a two-year contract until June 2027, which will be signed on Monday, Fabrizio Romano reported.
Ten Hag chose Bayer Leverkusen despite an offer from Ajax. The Dutch coach will replace Xavi Alonso at Leverkusen.

This information has already been confirmed by other reputable sources: Nicolo Schira, Florian Plattenberg, and David Orstein.
It should be added that Eric's last job was at Manchester United, from where he was dismissed on October 28 last year due to poor results. Before the Red Devils, the coach also coached Ajax, Utrecht and the second team of Bayern Munich. During his career, the coach won a significant number of titles: 3 Dutch championships, 2 Dutch cups, the Dutch Super Cup, the English Premier League Cup and the English Cup.
