Despite rumors, Bayern Munich are not currently considering Crystal Palace forward Eberechi Eze as a potential signing, Sky Sport Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenberg has reported.
The 26-year-old attacking midfielder has reportedly enjoyed a stellar season in the Premier League, but the Munich club are no longer looking for a new number ten after the failed attempt to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen. According to the source, one of the reasons is the preparation of a new record contract for Jamal Musiala, who is entrusted with a key role in the center of attack.
It is also reported that Bayern sporting director Max Eberl has instead focused his attention on other positions, with the top priority for the summer being to sign a top-class left-back.
