The recent performances of the Armenian national team prove one very simple reality, which is reflected in the anger of the football community, which is the negative results of our team. According to our team (Sportsworld.am), the national team needs a young, hungry coach who will also be the senior friend of the players in the locker room.
There were times (2010-2014) when the Armenian national team was playing stable football. During that period, Vardan Minasyan took charge of the country's main team. It is worth noting that under his leadership, the Armenian team could have qualified for EURO 2012.
The FFA leadership requires the head coach to have English language skills, which is welcome. In all this, we need to understand one thing: a significant portion of the national team's players represent the RPL at the club level, and the head coach should accompany them with inspiring words before matches on the green grass.
As for the selection of the head coach, in our opinion, he should be an Armenian specialist, fluent in at least three languages: Armenian, Russian and English, have extensive coaching experience, and most importantly, be dignified and dedicated to his job. It is very important that he is a former football player who has played for the national team.
This will allow us to understand the psychological state of the football player and, by analyzing all of this, invite football players who are ready to perform under the symbols of Armenia at that moment (flag, emblem, anthem).

We believe that the majority of the players invited to the national team should be from clubs representing the Fastex Premier League (17 out of 23), with 6 players from foreign clubs. This could lead to the development of Armenian football as players from the top teams will play in the national team and may be noticed by representatives of foreign clubs, while players from the Armenian First League teams will be given the opportunity to play in the Premier League.
