Xabi Alonso held his first training session with Real Madrid. The Madrid club's players have begun preparing for the Club World Cup. Real Madrid's first training session under Alonso took place on Monday.
Eder Militao, Thibaut Courtois, Daniel Carvajal, David Alaba and Brahim Diaz are all back in the squad. Antonio Rudiger, Ferland Mendy, Endric and Eduardo Camavinga continue to recover from injuries. Federico Valverde, who was previously diagnosed with a lower back problem, has been training in the gym.
It should be noted that the "royal" club will play its first match under the leadership of Xabi Alonso on June 18, competing against Al-Hilal in the group stage of the Club World Cup.
