Brazilian full-back James Santos has returned to FC Pyunik, the club's press service reports.
The 30-year-old footballer previously played for Brazilian clubs Inter de Lages, Bragantino, Sampaio Correa and Campinense.
In August 2019, Khames moved to Ararat Yerevan, and spent the following season at Urartu Yerevan.
In 2021-23, James Santos played for another Armenian club, Alashkert Yerevan. He participated in 5 matches of the group stage of the 2021/22 Conference League.
In January 2023, the Brazilian footballer moved to Pyunik and quickly consolidated himself in the main squad of the 16-time champion. In the 2023/24 season, he became the champion of Armenia with Pyunik. In total, James played 72 matches for the "Pomegranate" team, in which he scored 8 goals and provided 9 assists.
James Santos' previous team was Yerevan's "Noah", where he has played since January of this year. In the past season, he became the champion and cup winner of Armenia with "Noah".
