Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, commenting on his negotiations with the club regarding a contract extension, said that he would like to end his career at the Royal Club.
"I hope I can extend my contract. I am very happy at Real Madrid, playing here is a dream and every year at the club will be another dream."
"I am completely at the disposal of the club, which knows of my desire to stay... and possibly end my career here. But now the main thing is to show myself on the pitch. Everything else will take care of itself," AS quoted Courtois as saying.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the 33-year-old Belgian goalkeeper will extend his contract with the club after the Club World Cup. Courtois' current contract with the club runs until June 30, 2026.
