AC Milan are facing difficulties in signing Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Granit Xhaka. Rossoneri sporting director Igli Tare has contacted the player's representatives, but negotiations between the clubs are not currently underway.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, the Italian club believes that the transfer of the Swiss player would be too expensive, so they do not plan to make an offer.
Granit's value, according to Transfermarkt, is 12 million euros. The midfielder's contract with the "pharmacists" is scheduled until 2028.
