Borussia Dortmund talent chooses Chelsea

Jamie Byno-Gitens is moving to Chelsea. The London club has reached an agreement with Borussia Dortmund, reports Fabrice Hawkins.

The employment contract is scheduled until June 2032. Chelsea will pay 65 million euros.

 It should be noted that Bayern Munich was also interested in the player, but he chose Chelsea. There were also rumors of Arsenal's interest, but nothing concrete came of it.

Jamie is now 20 years old. He has played in the academy of Reading, Chelsea and Manchester City. He joined Borussia in 2020 and played for the under-19 team. This season, he has played 49 games, scoring 12 goals and providing 5 assists. The Transfermarkt portal estimates the player's transfer value at 50 million euros.
