Manchester United have stepped up their bid to sign RB Leipzig's 22-year-old forward Benjamin Sesko after agreeing a deal for Brentford striker Brian Mbemo, TEAMtalk reports.
According to the source, the Red Devils are in regular contact with the Slovenian footballer and his entourage. The Mancunians plan to sell several players, in particular wingers Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford, to acquire Shesko.
Last season, the Leipzig striker played 45 games in all competitions, scored 21 goals and made six assists. The player's current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2029. According to information provided by the Transfermarkt portal, the player's market value is 70 million euros.
