London's Arsenal have fully agreed all the details of the transfer of striker Victor Gokeres from Sporting, reports The Athletic's David Ornstein.

According to the source, Arsenal will pay 63.5 million euros for the transfer of the 27-year-old striker. The Portuguese team may receive another 10 million euros in bonus payments. It is reported that the Lisbon club has allowed its player to undergo a medical examination.

Gökeres is due to undergo a medical on Saturday, July 26, ahead of his move to Arsenal. The Sporting striker made 52 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring 54 goals and providing 13 assists. The player's contract with the club runs until the summer of 2028.
