PSG have reached an agreement with Lille goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier on personal terms, journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano reported on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
Earlier, the press reported that Lille would demand 40 million euros for the transfer of the 23-year-old goalkeeper. The Frenchman could replace Gianluigi Donnarumma, whose contract expires next summer. The capital club has not yet reached an agreement with the Italian on a contract extension.
Last season, Chevalier played 34 games in Ligue 1, keeping 11 clean sheets. In the Champions League, the goalkeeper conceded 13 goals in 10 games. According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is 35 million euros.
