Bayer Leverkusen have signed Manchester City youth team forward Farid Alf-Ruprecht for a fee of €1.3 million, the German club announced on its official Twitter account. The 19-year-old has signed a five-year contract.
The German footballer, who plays as a winger, has been in the English club's system since 2022, where he moved from Hamburg's youth team.
Last season, Alfa-Ruprecht made 19 appearances in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing four assists. The player was previously called up to the German U-18 team, where he scored one goal in four games.
