Armenian national team defender and team captain Varazdat Haroyan is ending his career with the national team.
The Armenian football player stated this in an interview with "Armenpress" news agency.
"I felt that it was time. I have played 92 matches for the national team and the national team has given me a lot in my career. I have dedicated 15 years of my career to the national team. I have always played with dedication and am always ready to perform. After our newly appointed coach, I realized that it was time to leave. Because I really tried to work with that person and it didn't work out. We are people from different worlds," said Haroyan.
Varazdat Haroyan made his debut for the Armenian national team in 2011, where he played in 92 matches and scored 4 goals. He was the team captain for many years.
