Ukrainian national team defender Ilya Zabarny said goodbye to the English club Bournemouth on social media, where he has been playing since 2023. It was reported that the football player would move to PSG.
“It was a journey that changed me, a journey full of trials, victories, defeats, faith and boundless devotion. I met incredibly sincere, wonderful people. People who became more than just a team for me. We walked this path together, and this is the greatest value. I am incredibly grateful to all those who were by my side in the brightest and darkest moments. This is not just an experience. This is a story. This is a memory. And I am happy that I had the honor of walking this path with you.”
Thank you to all those who were by your side, for your faith, support, honesty, friendship and professionalism. Special thanks to the club management for the support, trust and opportunity to grow. Creating conditions in which the team could work, develop and achieve results. Thank you to the entire team for your incredible kindness, care and respect in any situation. Your warmth made every day here better and brighter. Thank you to our fans for your love and unwavering support, both on and off the field.
Your voices, your energy, and the song you created and sang for me will stay with me forever.
"And although this chapter has ended, my wishes for the Bournemouth family are endless. May you be successful in all your endeavors. May your hearts be filled with love, your minds with clarity, and your eyes with fire," Zabarni wrote on social media.
