FIFA HAS MADE A CHANGE BY 2030

FIFA has made a decision regarding the international break. From 2026, the September and October breaks will be combined. During this period, national teams will play four matches each. The change will be in effect until 2030.

Let us remind you that the Armenian national team will play two away matches in October as part of the 2026 World Cup qualifying round. Eduard Spertsyan and his teammates will face Hungary on October 11, and then three days later, on October 14, against the Irish national team.
