Manchester City have signed midfielder Philip Foden on a new contract, The Athletic journalist and insider David Ornstein has reported on social media. The new deal will keep the midfielder until 2030.
Foden is a product of Manchester City's youth system. This season, the 25-year-old midfielder has made 46 appearances in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing five assists. The reputable online portal Transfermarkt estimates Foden's market value at €80 million.
City are currently second in the Premier League table, five points behind leaders Arsenal.
