Como coach Cesc Fabregas has been named the best coach of the 2025/2026 Serie A season by the Italian Footballers' Association (AIC). The award was decided by a vote of the players. The ceremony took place on Wednesday evening at the La Scala stadium in Milan.
The 39-year-old Spaniard has been coaching the club since 2024. Last season, Como earned 71 points and finished fourth in the standings. The club qualified for the Champions League for the first time in its history.
Inter defender Federico Dimarco was named player of the season, while Inter were named club of the season. Como midfielder Nico Pas was named young player of the year, while Juventus midfielder Francisco Conceicao was named top scorer.
